confusion on this day

I apologize for writing another new because I was too lazy to write haha but today I want to tell. I appear today at school dances and do you need to know is the first after I became chairman of traditional dance. I felt to be responsible for everything, but there is little problem today. first, costume is not complete second makeup equipment that we have no idea where we were being so busy with that. fortunately there are good seniors, they want to help us. finally the problem and make-up costumes we can take it. not finished until there, yesterday we got word that we perform at 9 am, of course we must be ready before 9 am. We also contacted musicians to come at 9 o'clock in the morning but the show started late as musicians we have elsewhere show at 10 am. we feel uncomfortable with this, we were trying to ask the steering committee for the certainty of when the event starts. but the chairman of the committee instead of helping even blame us. previously he had said that we should put our seniors, just as a musician to this day. I said I was just trying to show the best way I can. I am even cornered with this situation, I as chairman of traditional dance feel confused by this situation. while the musicians we've been anxious for fear of being late to the show. I finally decided to send our musicians to go to another show, while we are here to dance not wearing a musician. musicians had left, I felt very upset and crying. fortunately, friends and my seniors, to entertain me excited. time to perform arrived I tried to display the best and we ended up with quite satisfactory even without musicians. audience was also very amused by our dance.
